Autosampler injects sample into an ultra high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) for peptide separation and analysis by mass spectrometry


We provide a mass spectrometry infrastructure for the identification, characterization, and absolute label free quantification of proteins and the targeted absolute quantification of small molecules in complex biological matrices. The core is a state-of-the-art mass spectrometry lab equipped with UPLC and 2D-nano-UPLC for LC-MS/MS and LC-MRM experiments. For protein and peptide separation and pre-fractionation we offer.
