About Dr. Kim's talk:

The Kim lab focuses on understanding tissue maintenance and regeneration, integrating genetic engineering and systems biology to study stem cell fates and disease mechanisms in regeneration, aging and cancer. At TRON in Mainz, we bridge academia and industry, and aim to develop clinically viable means to reactivate lost regenerative functions or to synthesize regenerative properties in tissues that normally cannot regenerate at all.
