The newly elected President of the Max Planck Society Patrick Cramer and Secretary General Simone Schwanitz visited our institute on August 11. We are very pleased that the two were with us on their tour of all institutes. After a staff meeting, the visit included extensive meetings with our research group leaders, representatives of the PhD students and PostDocs, with administrative management and research coordinator as well as the directors. We wish Patrick Cramer and Simone Schwanitz all the best for their work for the Max Planck Society!
